Peter, you should be able to buy a repair kit with seals and the parts to fix her up. A hone might be all the caliper bore requires. Try and clean the piston best you can. If their too pitted they may need replacing. Best way to get the piston out is with air presure applied to the bleeder but watch your fingers. Put a piece of wood in there. Once ya get it open the rear caliper isn't very complicated at all. The square cut seals are what makes the piston retract from the rotor. Hope this helps. Oh, make sure the brake fluid is changed and clean also! If water gets in that's what causes all the problems generally.
