used klr market gone soft

List- It would seem the used KLR market has gone soft. Perhaps the entire m/c market; a lot of HD in the major papers. and I don't think it is all winter/seasonal. Recent EBay sales/SOLD: 2007 w 1500 miles; Yankton, SD sold $2850 2007 W 2150 miles; Knoxville, TN sold $2677 2004 w 5360 miles; Edward, CA sold $2500 w some nice farkles 31 are presently listed on Ebay. Somebody need a bike? Now is the time to look/buy. An unusual number of KLR's for sale; many are offered but a lot are not sold due to the reserve. I would say that will change. Tight money, and the extravagant things have got to go. I am fortunate; one of the few that can use his KLR as a business expense--and use it as often as possible rather than a cage. Just hard to make it work ~6 months of the year! revmaaatin.

Sweet.... and I'll reap the benefit by being able to cheaply stay in KLRs for another decade! It's always been soft if you were in the right place at the right time. I've been riding these since '97 and have had 4 bikes on the road plus 3 parts bikes. Total investment: $4,400. Mark

Hello, I was in Cario recently. Saw three very cool looking KLR-650 riders. I was on a bus and so did not get to talk to them. I think I got a picture through the window but have not checked the camera yet to see if it is worth sending. ANyone know who these guys are? Robert Waters Presently in Eliat Israel
