Gotta love capitalism(which I'm a firm believer in). They see the hippys
around Ashland, Oregon and see a market for this kinda thing. Even if their
world view is a bit skewed by living in Oregon (where I'm at by the way).
They claim that they are doing this for the environment... yeah.. .no.
PUBLICITY STUNT TO SELL THEM!
They need them with their price tag.
($12,000)
Sold by Best Buy and serviced by Geek Squad... I'm leary. Best Buy is
selling Segway's now... I think the price was $6000!!
The "yes we can" on the "tank" really puts me off...
Interesting fact about the company that made the bike (Brammo). Last
gasoline powered vehicle they produced... 3MPG. It was a V-12.

Although some snow still remained in the shadows, east of State College, PA, the sun was out with temps in the 60s. Couldn't help myself. Many broken tree limbs are still on the backroads from a freak early snow storm last week. 256 miles total with 3+ hrs of dirt and three 20 ft long mud puddles on one jeep trail. No splash!
