What a great way to get back riding at 63 on a KLR. I bought a 2005 and it has all sorts of the mechanical upgrades that i read about on the site including a Tengai dual piston caliper...it will stop! It is a double barreled handfull in the Florida sand but will rocket on the interstates with most anything its size. Great bike for young and old... and you are never too old to have fun on a Thumper!! - Drystal
