led h3 bulbs
I have a 140 lumen LED flashlight and that thing is unbelievably bright. It runs on 3 AAAs and is brighter than my 5 cell Maglite. Not as good for whackin' zombies, but it IS brighter.

That's the nice thing about buying used bikes. Plus there are a lot of very-low mileage used bikes in Minnesota.
