I kid you not. Because of the KLR's ride height, plus the additional mirrors, the Goldwing sized cover fits perfect, with or without luggage. I use a Dow Corning model, fit for a touring bike. I tried all the sizes and the touring bike size was the only one that fit completely. I can even lock the two brass grommets together, that are located at the bottom mid section of the cover. Yes. The Dow Corning Bike Cover made to fit a Goldwing. Don't laugh. It covers from the front tire next to the ground and ends at the rear tire next to the ground. Has mid way eyelet for securing or locking. Will also cover your luggage. Down side, not a good travel cover because of the material weight and the overall size. Mine is 10 years old and still going strong. Happy Holiday's, jim_ama585601 [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]

If anyone has any experience pro or con I would like to hear your opinions please. Paul Huber Lexington,KY Hi Paul, I bought the Guardian G-50 from Iron Pony. It works well with the stock windshield, but believe it would not work well with anything taller than stock. revmaaatin A-15, formerly KY, now SD ps. I got the John Deere Sticker mounted above the previous Kawasaki sticker. Today, a rancher asked me when JD started making motorcycles. From the grin on my face, he knew he had been had, which made my day.

Dr. Josh, I haven't put a cover on my KLR but a few weeks ago I bought a cover at Walmart for my 2000 Harley Davidson MT-500. That's their discontinued military dirt bike. It's about the same size as the KLR but it has front hard panniers and a hard gun case on the right rear. I tried the large size first and it was just too small. They got the Extra Large in a few days later and it seems to fit with a bit extra room. I found the motorcycle covers in the automotive section with the car covers. Cost was right at $20. Quality seems fine but I'm only using it to keep the dust off the bike since it's a collector. Listers, good afternoon. I have a question in reguards to a bike cover for my A20. My bike has a Pelican 1520 top case and 1430's mounted on the rear sides via happy trails hard case mounts. The bike is at it's widest at about 36" at the back. The height of the top case is about 49". My question is, is there a specific cover to get for this appilcation? On *bay I've seen several selling very inexpensively, from .01$ to 10.00$ about 16$ shipping. I store my bike in the garage year round when I don't ride it and would like a cover to cover most of the bike during winter storage. Which will be coming to us in Canada with a vengence in the next few weeks. I don't wish to pay for an OEM as the dealerships in my neck of the woods are really only out to make money and honestly I'm a cheep SOB. Thanks for your time and or input. Tom A20 "Lime Ricky"
