my sick klr's story nklr
The figures I listed were based on the test from Sport Bike magazine.
They actually listed top speed at 109.7 mph. I just rounded to 110.
Never believe your speedometer. The faster you go, the less accurate they are.
There are exceptions to every rule, but almost all bike speedos read fast in the higher numbers.

Rick,
My other bike's a Versys. On the "V" site I asked if anyone 'dragged' their "V", and if so - what times? Reply I got was mid12s at 112mph. I believe a V will top out around 120 mph.
Ed
PS It's ALSO the BEST handling bike I've ever ridden (the V).
