I beg to differ. I believe it is a great motorcycle. Especially for the price. Mine just turned over to 20,000 miles on the way home from work yesterday. PS - first and only desert scramble I rode many years back was with a mentor about your size or bigger. He looked like a dancing bear riding a Can Am 500 while I at half the size and couldn't keep pace on a 500 Husky XC. Not that going fast is important but learned a valuable lesson that day.
