help. chain and sprocket kit recommendation needed

Experience is the best teacher as long as it doesn't cost to much and no one loses an eye. I'll continue to squirt some of what I have around on to the chain about every 300 - 400 miles. You can feel it loosen up as you're spinning the back wheel with the other hand. But they say, the O-ring / X-ring chains are 'internally' lubed. I guess they're right but I still put some 'external' lube on it anyway. Don R100, A6F
