really screwed the pooch and need advice

I changed the counter sprocket on my Yamaha TW200 Saturday and ended up cutting the stator wires and coil wires when I put the side case back on. The wires will be in the heat and oil under the side case. I figured that I could just solder the connections back together and use heat shrink over the joints. I was informed today that I need hi-temp oil resistant/proof heat shrink tubing. Does any one know where I can get this type of heat shrink tubing or what I can use to get the TW back on the road. Otherwise where is a good (read inexpensive) place to get a stator for a TW200? Thanks Pat

Priest, I'd guess you have a broken wire. Follow the wires from the turn signal light. To: DSN_KLR650@yahoogroups.com From: priestkemper@... Any ideas? Thanks, Priest P _________________________________________________________________ Windows Live Hotmail : Search, add, and share the web s latest sports videos.
