Overflowing everywhere whilst idling at the lights, parked up, whilst riding its been doing it a while now. i reset my float height to 17.5mm as stated in the book and thought i had solved it.. darn thing. Ive just taken my overflow screw out and found its quite pitted and chewed up and not very pointy on the end.. Is this my problem.

I think all proprietary chain lubes are snake oil. The only thing that gives longer chain life than WD40 is a continuous-flow oiler, and even that might bite you if you ride off-road and don't keep your chain clean.
