I don't know if it's the best, but I use GEICO powersports. I have full coverage on the new KLR, and liability only on my Seca II. I live in Los Angeles and have had an MC license since 1984. My monthly premium is like $48.00 for both bikes. Adding the Seca increased it by 9 bucks, so it was about 39/month before.
If you don't live in SoCal, your rates will likely be cheaper, too. I think GEICO is heavily affected by #yrs riding experience and the exact type of bike, not so much pure displacement. I could probably get more discount if I took the MSF, but I think having the license for 25 years makes up for most of that.

The Slide only goes in one way. Then install the Needle. Then add the Thick Brass Spacer on top of the C clip of the Needle. Now install the White Plastic Basket over the Needle. slip the Spring over the White plastic Basket and into the obvious O in the inside top of the carburetor Cap. Make sure the diaphram is seated properly in the top of the carburetor before you tighten the Cap. Hey, thanks for the reminder. I have Progressive Insurance and it is due for renewal. Might as well check what Geico could give me.
I spec'ed both of them out, but am not sure I am comparing apples to apples. Progressive's "vanishing deductible" makes it difficult to compare directly. Geico seems cheaper, but the deductible is higher. Anyone have more info/impressions on the two companies?
Thanks!
