I know I should have made a note - a lot of you replace the 'pegs with Suzuki ones (off the DR650?). Anyone mind giving me the details?

The Suzuki part numbers are:
1 RH front footrest, 43550-44B10-019
1 LH front footrest, 43560-44B10-019
2 springs, 09448-15008
You can use the same bolts off the KLR.
I changed to them and am satisfied. Got them from
Ron Ayers online. I think they were around $50 total.
I'm also assuming that we are talking about pre-2008
KLRs, not sure about the newer ones. There are
also sets frequently in the "KLR-650" search in ebay
that are even less expensive. I haven't heard anyone
complain about them. There are several there now,
including a set at a "buy it now" price of only $18
with free shipping.

07 klr for sale

I have a 07 KLR for sale with 5600 miles. This bike is in Showroom condition. I have never taken this bike off road. It has many after market Parts. Corbin Flat Seat, Radiator Guard, Water Pump Guard, Magnetic Drain Plug, Master Cylinder Guard, 16 tooth counter Sprocket, 2" Lowering Links, Short Side Stand, Mirror Vibration Isolators, Handlebar Vibration Dampeners. I also have all of the original parts and some extras that go along with the bike.
