Kind of expensive but when it doesn't cause problems like leaks or coming apart inside from the fuel it might be worth the cost. I replace mine every two or three years even though it looks good. I think the KLR takes about 9" so buying a foot of line would be enough for one bike. If a guy bought 6-10 feet he could pass it out at a tech day and help a bunch of folks out. One tip that can save a guy some trouble when removing this line is to put an 8mm (I think) flat washer on the nipple before installing the fuel line. When it's time to remove the line you pull on the washer which pushes on the fuel line. Pulling on the line tends to make it a bit tighter, kind of like the old Chinese finger traps.
