Ah... when I saw the title of the thread, I thought you were going to tell us all to buy gold. Mark At 12:35 PM -0500 2/16/09, Jim Tegler wrote:

If the national economy doesn't turn around and the level of debt to GDP continues to increase, the US government will have to offer ever increasing high interest rates on its debt to entice foreign investors to buy it. In turn, we will find ourselves in hyper-inflation situation. It that case, it will be better to immediately buy commodities such as a case of soup, Vodka, etc; buy real commodities like crude oil futures; or exchange your US dollars for Euros when you receive your paycheck, all because tomorrow the US dollar will be worth a bit less than what it was yesterday. Read up on what happened in Argentina, Mexico, Isreal, etc years ago. Also, it'll be a good time to pay off your loans with devalued US dollars. drilling slide

Mike If you're concerned with mileage don't drill the slide. You mileage will go down but the throttle response will increase. There's some good info on the Keihin carb at http://www.gadgetjq.com/keihin_carb.htm It's not the KLR model but it's basically the same. Doug At 07:04 AM 2/17/2009, you wrote:
