Lighten up guys...the guy was making a free offer...ie 'No cost to you'
If you don't want/need/trust the reports there is no need to castigate the donor!

Here is Dallas there was found to be a great number of 'Katrina' cars
that had been cleaned up and folks started asking why they had come
from LA to TX.....................maybe worth the $10.00 as they can
clean the crap out of those things, meet a car dealer and after an
hour or so finally figured out why they cars where so cheap, he
purchased 'totaled' cars and fixed them up, all with junk parts and
during the discussion a mechanic indicated to him that he could not
get the airbag installed correctly.........................
