Actually, there are a few places in Rapid, or at least in the Hills, where I look forward to eating: Sugar Shack and Moonshine Gulch for burgers, Cheyenne Crossing for indian Tacos. I used to like the cafe at Johnson Siding, but haven't eaten there in a few years. The Mongolian BBQ on LaSalle is not bad, and there is a yupscale steakhouse out on Sheridan Lake Road a couple of miles past Catron Blvd, where they can give you a pretty good martini before a pretty good dinner. Now that I know how to find the liquor store with the good cigars, Rapid is not a bad place to hang out for a week or so.
