Ahh, plastics. A subject near and dear to me. Clear wind screen? Stock KLR? All that I've seen are smoke tinted, not clear. Anyway, the stock KLR windscreen is polycarbonate (aka "Lexan" brand name) and therefore is the same plastic as virtually all automobile headlamp lenses, which do yellow - sometimes quite badly - over time. Any polish made for headlamp lenses will also work on the KLR shield. Sometimes the yellowing is the whole way through, however, and no amount of polish will take that away. Taking the windscreen away will get rid of the yellowing, though. ;-) Mike http://www.integrityplastics.com/ (you can see my white Audi parked in the grass in the lower center of the aerial shot)
