Kevin, This is GREAT! (Of course the links embedded on the right side are pretty good as well.) Thanks for sharing. revmaaatin.>
Several people on the Moto Mutz trip have worked the Chepe into their Copper Canyon tour. El Fuerte is the destination meeting place, although you can go all the way to Los Mochis on the Gulf if you want to.> > --- In DSN_KLR650@yahoogroups.com, "Kevin Powers" > wrote: > > > > http://www.nytimes.com/slideshow/2008/11/11/travel/1111- > MEXICO_index.html > > > > Kevin, > This is GREAT! > (Of course the links embedded on the right side are pretty good as > well.) > Thanks for sharing. > revmaaatin. >

There are a few towns, esp over by Sinforosa, but elsewhere as well, where the locals just suggest you keep moving rather than stop in their town. They are growing a lot of weed down there. The army is always moving around; when they are in town, some guys seem to make themselves scarce.> > I just read a book called God's Middle Finger. It was about the > dangers in the Sierra Madre.
