Wilsons Sandbox

I have a two bros exhaust that is pretty flow through. Not much restriction. Could anyone tell me what the proper set up is with access to Dyno Jet parts? Drilled the slide already, looking for the proper needle set up, washer set up and air screw setting. Thank you, Mr. Matt
