cleaning tip
I use S100 Motorcycle cleaner. It seems to work really well. I spray some
on the supplied sponge and scrub down the easy to wash parts, and spray it
into the not so easy to wash parts. Hose it off with a strong stream of
water and the dirt, grease and bus fall off.
I use Castrol Super Clean on the truck engines and heavy equipment at work.
That stuff really cleans the crud off, but I have found it to be hard on the
paint, fading it with time. Give the S100 a try first.

Hello all,
I'm looking for a way to clean my KLR. I'd like it to be as clean as
possible. I can do the plastics, the tank, the seat, the windshield
just fine. It's the dirt in those little tight spots in the engine,
the grease, the wheels and spokes, and tires... all the hard-to-clean
stuff. So, I went searching through the list archives and found this
post. Will this stuff suit for what I am looking for? If so, can
anyone show me where to get it? My closest search so far yields a ton
of differing things:
http://www.google. com/products? q=citrus+ orange+cleaner& btnG=Search+
Products& hl=en&show= dd
Which one is it that I should be getting, provided that this is what
I'm looking for? If it isn't, what should I be using to detail it?
Thanks for any help.

I searched around for the "Holy Grail" of cleaners and eureka I have found it. "Pure Citrus Orange Cleaner" put out by North American Oil Co. is amazing stuff. Spokes like new with little effort and the plastic shines. > > If you are looking for that extra powerful cleaner, put this on your list. > > > > Capt.
