Moderator, moderate !! This is a KLR site, not political. Someone better do something or there is going to be no one here but a person that owns a KLR and want to talk politics.
Start making some changes and talk only KLR discussions and or like allot of others.............Im going to be outa here. Mr. Matt

Note to all newbies; Welcome to the group. Read the KLR FAQ. This is
the best, most useful conglomeration of KLR information I've seen to
date. You can use the links to learn more, but in the 5 years I've
been ridin' and wrenchin' on my KLR, this info has been the best!

also, only had my 08 for 5 months and love it. I would agree with
the suggestion for the blue locktite on the bolts and screws except
for the ones that screw into a rubber cushioned attachment. Loctite
seems to make the rubber spin when you try and remove the
fastener... Once you have bonded with your bike you might want to
consider greasing the swing arm and shock/ link bearings, this can be
a problem if the bike has been ridden in water or if the factory did
a poor job of prepping the bike. Enjoy the ride!
