2008 turn signal recall

My dealer just informed me of a recall caused by the turn signal stems breaking. Tom

How can Kawi screw up such a simple part? I still think the older models are better once you bombproof them. I'm not a fan of the new toys...

I notice that Rick Mayer has a Dual Sport special that is good untill the 30th of this month( http://www.rickmayercycle.com/ ). I would appreciate off line feed back on the Rick Mayer and the Bill Mayer custom seats. I don't want to start any product bashing, that is why I asked for off line responses. Mike H.
