I put Progressive Springs (Larry Rossler Version) in mine for about $80. I preloaded with 2.5" spacers.
Maybe a little too much?
I cleaned all the muck out of the forks and seals with kerosene and then used ATF for brake fluid.
All my bottoming out went away. Had lots of clanking noises going on in there with stock springs!
These adjuster things look like they are tops in design and machine work. Lets hear it for CNC!
No wonder they cost $125!
I wish I had both, but would spend the money on new springs first?
Just a thought for practical fork Farkle?
