Thanks all for your ideas on how to aide me in getting a stubborn Avon Gripster on my 2008. I heated the tire with a hot air gun. I lubed it up good with a special homemade mixture of water and liquid (childrens) bubbles, and applied it a spray bottle. At 65psi pow, the tire seated properly. Ride on Dale

torque on doohickey bolt/balancer adjustment; happy guys? a dooh

Apples and oranges. The correct torque is for tightening, pay no attention to what it takes to break it loose. The bolt isn't over tight if you use the correct torque spec. If it takes more to break it loose, so what, it was tightened correctly. Alan Henderson A13 Iowa nakedwaterskier wrote:
