Your pic didn't make it through and won't although you can post it in the photos. If you mean "engine case", you are screwed. If you have to split the cases to fix the engine, you might as well replace parts instead of welding them. If it means side case, you probably want to buy a new side case and you got off easy cuz you probably don't even have to pull the engine and can get the side case off Ebay. Replace the plastic skid plate? NOPE Get a heavy duty aluminum one like most other people do who ride off road. It saved my engine cases/housings a few times. Jeffrey
