I had a Versys for a year and put 3000 miles on it. Great street bike! The ergo's were too tight for me. Upon reflection, I should have realized that it is a Ninja 650R with a different fork, handlebar and rear swing arm. I found myself wanting to ride it fast... slow poking around town and bumpy roads are not it forte'. It could be ridden off road like I used to take my FJ1200 offroad as well. I sold it recently realizing that it will not be the bike I wanted... a KLR with better components and more power. West [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
