sad news from bonneville salt flats

Anyone know what's going on with Arrowhead and/or Fred? I have called and emailed several times about an order I first tried to cancel, and now need to return, with no answers. The first answering machine message said they would be gone for a while (vacation?); the second said their hours would be irregular. Very strange for a normally reliable vendor. Thanks Dave C

I heard there was someone there to try to take care of orders. If you can have a bit of patience with the situation I bet it'll get sorted out with acceptable results. I second that, he's one of the best guy's out there selling KLR stuff and might either be riding for a while, hope he's physically ok! Anyone live near there that could drop by!

Doesn't he usually go back to Kansas about this time of year to help his family with the harvest?

Fred is actually out on a 1 month 4 wheeler adventure with his friend Zac Ramey somewhere in the middle part of Utah. There are a couple of people who are supposed to be working in the shop sometimes. As we know there is no one like Fred, when it comes to Arrowhead Motor Sports. I'll see if I can't find out something about your calls or emails.
