If capitalism was running the Iraq war, Goldman Sachs would have
done a much better job. Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld screwed up big time.
The Iraq War wasn't bad in concept.

racketeer, a gangster for capitalism."
The point is, ladies and gentleman, that greed -- for lack of a
better word -- is good.
Greed is right.
Greed works.
Greed clarifies, cuts through, and captures the essence of the
evolutionary spirit.
Greed, in all of its forms -- greed for life, for money, for love,
knowledge -- has marked the upward surge of mankind.
And greed -- you mark my words -- will not only save Teldar Paper,
but that other malfunctioning corporation called the USA.

What I meant to say:
Once I need a new chain, I might get a longer one, so I can try
a ""45T"" and switch between the 16T (work commutes @ 2% higher than
stock) and 15T (dirt road weekends @ 4% lower) but the 15T/43T is
still the simplest (fire-n-forget) solution.
