bike won t run,,, well

Sound like junk in the carb. And nothing SeaFome will clear out,
probably some rust flakes, heavy varnish deposits, ...
Your best bet it to pull the carb apart and completely cleat it out.
Look through the FAQ www.bigcee.com/klr650faq.html> There are some mods
you might want to do like adjust the needle, new jet, pilot screw
adjustment.
Just be careful with the diaphragm, if it's old (even new) it can tear
easily. Look on eBay for Harley CV carbs, the H.D. guys pull them off
their bike and sell them (because they have a Japanese name on them).
