The tales of bad dealers are a dime a dozen, so I thought I'd chuck this into the mix. I bought my 08 last September from E&S Motorcycle in Fort Saskatchewan, nr Edmonton, Alberta, at the time Chairman K had a promotion offering free tyres for life. I had bought a set of Anakees for the A13 that I had at the time, but never installed them and I had the dealer install them before I took delivery. I went across Canada and back in Jun/July and ended up with 19,330 km on the bike, and needing a new rear tyre. So I took it in and they replaced the Anakee, charging only for the service. I expected there would be a service charge plus the difference in the price of the tyres. It is very nice to see a dealer being totally honest with the customers. Needless to say, I'll be dealing with them in future. DC
