replacement horn

Post by Spike55 » Tue Aug 05, 2008 8:13 pm

I have an old BMW with two OEM (hi/lo) FIAMM horns and people get going when I hit the button. The KLR's horn is a real wimp compared to those. Has anyone had success with fitting an exponentially loader horn in the limited space above the radiator overflow reservoir and not having to add a 200A relay / circuit? Just kidding about 200A. seat and center stand for sale

Post by epyjulio888 » Tue Aug 05, 2008 8:41 pm

Sold my baby, injury made me do it. It was a 1994. I have a dished corbin seat that matches the color of the bike and a center stand. Both items are in great shape. The seat has no tears. If you order it from corbin it will cost over 400 dollars to match the colors. The center stand is a dual star model that cost over $150 dollars. I am in VA Beach. I can be reached at julio.vazquez at navy.mil or epyjulio888 at yahoo.com Thanks

Don, YES! I added a Stebel Nautilus behind the overflow tank, and the relay somewhere in there. Works GREAT! Ed
