I know this was a controversial title, but it got you to look! "The Pefect KLR650" is a 2000 year model with 2006 Tank and Plastics. 2000 is the last year KLR650's were assembled in Japan. 2006 was the only year they offered high-viz Kawasaki- Green colors. In addition, every conceivable modification has been completed for longterm reliability, lightweight, long-distance Adventure-Touring in mind. Check out photos and modification descriptions here: http://s58.photobucket.com/albums/g280/tao69/KLR650/ I have owned three other KLR650's before, and has modified/maintained over twenty KLR650's for various rider friends in SE AZ (and beyond) for the past eight years. This bike currently has just 2,500 miles and was meant to be a keeper. If there is some modification you didn't see my the descriptions email me and I will tell you whether it's done, or why it was not. I would love to hear your thoughts and responses! Thanks for all the help and advice from those on this board through the years! Ed~
