Again, my experience differs. A near-destitute acquaintance used my Stop-N-Go plug kit on a well-worn radial van tire. The plug stopped all but a small residual air leak. He then put in a can of generic Fix-A-Flat; that sealed the leak and he's been driving on the tire for at least three months. Of course, this is a sample of one, however it is from personal experience and not third/fourth/fifth hand rumor. Glenn San Jose, CA
