a good location for a tool tube

I've seen a few KLRs with a tool tube mounted on the left side where a second muffler WOULD
be, if we had 2. Looks good, and out-of-the-way.

This guy has spent more time putting things on the bike than riding it, should be in the KLR musuem, if there is one!
