ride to ushuaia - cost and time - nklr
I have been right next door in Chili in their late spring (mid
November) in Torres del Paine and Punta Arenas and the weather
couldn't have been more perfect. One day was pretty windy but not bad
as a Texas native. Skies were pretty clear. I understand that the
really strong wind happens in their summer - ........... December
January and February ...... I think. Spring & Fall they told me was
the best weather. It is a beautiful area in the national Parks there.
The dollar goes further in Argentina than in Chili at this time is
what I have heard. The people in both places are friendly to gringos.
