I did the same thing. Accidentally pressure washed a decal off and decided to remove the rest of them. I like it better now. I find losing all that unnecessary decal weight really helped my gas milage;-) The buzzing that I experienced on my 03 was from the headlight frame. The headlight vertical adjustment tab had broken off from the frame and that was the cause of the noise. I took a small piece of inner tube and put it between the two pieces and that took care of it. Been that way for about 2 years now. The headlight seems to hold its position just fine. [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
