god help me, it's about oil!

For the price (a lot more than Castrol) at Menards, the Rotella seemed to thin out during the summer months. A problem I didn't have after switching to Castrol. I could definitely tell the diffrence in rideability and transmission shifting. Was it the higher weight and not the oil quality? Don't know. But that didn't impress me regardless.
