Looking for the proper length to cut fork spring spacers for front
progressive spring install.

Cut them so that you have about 3" of sag in the front with you on the bike in riding position, wearing your gear. 2 3/4 inches is a good starting point, you can always cut them shorter. -- "Tragedy is when I cut my finger.
