new jersey trail

A few months ago someone on the web posted the GPS coordinates of a trail that runs
the length of New Jersey. A cool two or three day trip. But I've lost the web address
and can't find anyone with the coordinates. Anyone out there have them? Trails are rare
around here and I'm anxious to go.
