I have ridden all year (including NW Winter, rain daily) in my First Gear over pants and Kilamanjaro Coat and never got a drop on me, I took the rain gear out of the trunk. My rain gear comes from Wallymart, and is disposable. I cant see paying top dollar for something I am going to destroy.

Ok I have resisted all the rain gear rants till now... I bought my rain suit 2 years ago I have never gotten wet wearing it even in the most torrential down pours. they fit over even my thickest winter gear.
Made by Nelson Rigg cost under 60$ and I even melted the pant legg to the pipe on my dr35 and it still works fine.
So there it is my 2cents.
