2008 klr650 tall windscreen

Hi all. I've got a 2008 KLR650 with just over 400 miles on the clock. It runs well. So far, I've changed the oil and filter and installed the Happy-Trail PDF Nerf Bar kit with their skid plate and highway bars -- nicely designed and not to difficult to install if you first remove the fairings. I also purchased the UFO front fender and plan on installing it this weekend after experiencing a cross-wind that nearly took the handlebar out of my hands.
My question, though, is this: has anyone installed the "tall" windscreen? If so, how do you like it? Is it really a significant improvement in terms of deflecting wind blast when compared with the stock one? Any leads on a good price?
Thanks in advance for your help.
TC

Hmmm, last month Stu said the same thing about Barack Obama. I wonder what
Fred's mechanical advisor REALLY thinks about KLR's?
