Has anybody confirmed whether or not this can be done? Quoted from Kawasaki's website: "New one-piece exhaust pipe features smoother bends for improved exhaust efficiency at all rpm" Plus it looks like it is chromed or stainless steel, might 'cause a double take after the usual dismissive glance from HOG riders! PS: it hit lower 60's here in Sandy, Utah yesterday. I rode up Big Cottonwood Canyon to Brighton Ski Resort (8,750 ft). Road was mostly dry. Lot's of snow piled-up. Maybe 40 F at top. Riding down, I turned on the grip heaters and was glad to have my neck warmer fleece. Funny to stand by klr and watch people ski. Probably funny to be skiing and see people on motorcycles. Charles, It's a straight bolt on. The heat shield is different. It does get a little pricey when you get all the detail parts. all the best, Mike

Guys, the simplistic view is that a 99.3% positive means he's a good seller. Lots of positives means that lots of people were satisfied, which is a good thing, but I'm sure you know, the key to finding out whether, a shop is good, is how they act when things don't go so well, and how they treat dissatisfied customers. Looking at their feedback habits, I see four cases where people left steelescycle a neutral (not hurting their actual 99.3 score at all) and steelecycle gave the customer a negative, definitely hurting the customer's rating. Why? Because the customer didn't make a pest of themselves over a small thing, and instead just registered their actual experience. As Ebay says in their explanation of the policy changes they're implementing, retaliatory feedback by sellers has an intimidating effect on buyers, where a buyer with a high score but low volume (as most individual buyers are) is not going to give them anything but a positive, regardless of how they were actually treated, for fear of getting their own rating ripped. So that 99.3 may not be the real story. That's why I always look at the neutrals and negatives before I order my $10 part, rather than just look at the feedback score. The letter I sent to steelecycle was asking them about what I saw, to get a feel for the reasonableness of their position. Rather than telling me the "backstory" of the negatives-for-neutrals they gave a few people, they blasted me, belittled me, and dismissed me rudely, as you saw.
