Guys
I did my 08 Doo on the weekend. First time for me . It was not to bad. I also think the 08 doo part itself is fine . I had heard reports that it does not fit on the shaft very good but mine was fine as good and the replacement.
I have 5500 kilos on my bike (3300 miles)
The Doo had not been adjusted yet. The spring travel was almost non existent.
I went for the whole nine yards and installed the torsion spring. That seems to fix the problem of the adjustment criteria.
Have a good one

are rumors about the spring still being weak. Not sure of the validity, but
if your paranoid, replace it.
