kick starts

If you mean the big 650s, none of them. The KTM640s have both, though.
The XR650L is e-start only, but it's possible to convert it to kickstart ONLY. IIRC you can't get both options on that bike.
The current DR650 is e-start only and I've never heard of anyone adding a kicker.
The F/G650 are e-only with no options.
The KLR (as you know) is e-only, but the dealers sold an optional add-on kicker once upon a time. These are very rare these days, and only bolt onto pre 93 (?) bikes because of a design change with the clutch basket. I believe you can swap a later bike to an earlier clutch setup (and maybe engine cover?) to mount a kick to a later bike. No idea about the 08+'s.
That's it.
If you drop down a notch, the DRZ is either e-only or kick only, depending on if you get the street legal model or not. But I believe you can add the kickstart as an addition to the e-start model pretty simply with a dealer kit.
You can also bump start most of these if you have traction and the stamina to push it that fast.
