super trapp repacking

Post by jc » Mon Nov 07, 2005 7:04 am

Hi gang: has anyone tried or done repacking of a super trap with ss (stainless steel) wool or other ss scrubing material? I have a 'quiet series' supertrapp and want to repack it with something more permanent. However I suspect it will be noisier and will change the amount of disks I have on it at this time. Any ideas are welcome. JC A19 Big Red Alt Spgs, FL

Does anyone know the part # for repacking kit ( IDS RACE).And maybe the place and price to purchase.I Placed a order with supertrapp 3 days ago and was told it would shipped in 2 days.I call supertrapp today and spoke with the same person I placed the order with and they have no record of my order. Best of luck moving the beast to another lucky soul.
