Try ayahuasca or san pedro cactus. Coca leaves and coca tea are legal and easily available. Women sell coca leaves from huge burlap bags in Cuzco. San Pedro cactus is avail. from stalls near by in dried, ground form. Best experience was eating San Pedro Cactus and going for a nature preserve mtn bike ride.

I agree helmet makers could do better. Better acoustics could be part of the design of the helmet. If someone could demonstrate that their hearing was damaged by a helmet design, that would be a push that the companies couldn't ignore. Unfortunately like so many kinds of genuine damages it would be very hard to quantify and prove. This could be a good area for the government to enforce. Outside of strong consumer demand ($$$) that would be the only thing I can think of that would force helmet makers to address the issue. About a year ago I sent a helmet back because it was too noisy. It wasn't a cheapy either. It had a low frequency rumble in addition to all the other noise I've had with my helmets. After numerous calls to the dealer and manufacturer they replaced it. I guess that action would qualify as a form of consumer demand. There is no snow on the roads here in south jersey today (it was 70 yesterday!!! wow!) but since I called out sick from work I'd best not be seen riding to the swamps. -Mike --- Martin Polach wrote:
