Not to be a doomsdayer but check the newspapers are more and more companies are starting to "lay-off' pretty good numbers of folds, IMHO 2008 is going to be a year where companies starting reeling back, again! I have a friend at my company who is privy to monthly GLOBAL conference calls and he told me 2008 was the year of reducing head-count! I would love it if I was wrong but there is mounting evidence that it's could happen.
