peacock flurries

After I installed the fueltank valve without the vacuum system, everything went well, I thought. Today I had to put it in reserve, fuel low. I checked the fuel line, it was damp and it smelled like gasoline. No gas was dripping, just a slow, imperceptable weeping. As it turned out, the swivel-pipe where the fuel hose connects to the valve was lose, and it came out of the valve housing. No 0-ring, so I glued it into place with some of the trustworthy epoxy crap of which I usually have three or four kinds around the house. I received a Christmas package from Fred with the arrow in his head, did you all receive a package, or is it just me? I must be his favorite customer then. In it were three heavy duty tubes, boy, they are massive, I will dispense with the tires now. Don t need tires with these babies. Anyone has experience with the Slime for tire repair Fred sells? Be good now, Santa is watching. Jake. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Never miss a thing. Make Yahoo your home page. http://www.yahoo.com/r/hs
