Typical to start a sentence "I don't mean to be rude..." and then go ahead and be rude, as if saying it up front excuses what is said after. Don't like current NKLR postings?? Here's a clue DON'T READ THEM!! Then when you get back from your RTW ride you've done in all the time you have saved by not being subjected to the NKLR posts maybe you will have a thought worth posting. I don't mean to be rude either, GFY. Monte

Whoa! Dude! did not mean to step on your toes! Kick back, take some Prozac and enjoy life a bit. I will say, this is probabbly one of the most active Yahoo groups I have listed in. And that is good. I have read a bit of useful information concerning the Actual Subject of the Forum - KLR ... But some of you need professional help if Anything someone Writes On A Computer disturbs you... And to you, Monte....Well, I would not want to be rude. I'll drop it at that. Back to KLR! D.I.D. chain works great! My OEM chain began to bind at 13000 miles. The Studebaker Rear sprocket is good quality and same thickness as OEM. The front Studebaker sprocket is thinner than the OEM. The only concern that gives me is proper chain alignment. And in comparison, The OEM front sprocket has rubber sides. Next time I think I will choose the OEM Style front and Studebaker rear. I feel much more comfortable having repaired the Doohickey. That repair only took about 3 hours. Got the info from a site called Mark-Net, if you are reading-Thanks dude, good info and good photos.
